1. Can I get hold of the creatures from previous subscription rounds?
Yes, go HERE to purchase the contents from previous subscription periods, or click the 'Creature Collections'-button in the black field above.

2. I have paid for one of your Creature Collections , why am I not receiving any creatures?
When you purchase a Creature Collections, you will receive an e-mail with a download link within two business days. If, after two ordinary week-days you have not received such and email, please check your Junk-mail folder for messages from nicholas@rpgcreatures.com. If no such e-mails can be found, write to info@monstersbyemail.com and state your case. Please include the email address stated when purchasing the Creature Collection.

3. To what extent can I use the Monsters By Email creatures from the Creature Collections in the browser game I'm creating?
If you think of these creatures as concepts only, and use them in-game, interpreted as pixel-graphic style sprites, or as 3D creatures, you may use 50% of them in your game. If you wish to use them as illustrations, it depends on how easily accessed they are. Is the game free to play? Will the players come across the creatures early on in the game, or one at a time through several hours of game play? Will you use the whole illustrations, or just the heads? Please write to info@monstersbyemail.com and explain to me how the creatures will be used, and I will answer your request. In no case may you post the illustrations as they are in a game-wiki accessible to the public.

4. Where can I find the Bestiary I hear you released prior to starting Monsters By Email? Do you sell printed copies of it?
'RPG Creatures - Bestiary I' is not currently available in print, but can be picked up as a well-designed PDF eBook from RPGNow.

5. How do I attain the rights to the other 50% of the creatures?
These 50% are there to set the Monsters By Email Creature Collections apart from other products, so I'm reluctant to sell them. However, if your offer is interesting enough, I will occasionally sell the non-exclusive rights to some of these creatures, so you are free to send me an offer.

6. Are you available for custom freelance work?
My schedule is full until December 6, 2013. If you have paid work offers with deadlines after that, you are welcome to contact me through nicholas@cloister.se.
